Support Team
With the changing face of dentistry we make it our core policy to continuing professional development and training of our dentists, hygienist, nurses and receptionists.

Practice Manager
Rebecca Kipling (Cert) DPM

I joined the team at Springs Dental Practice in July 1998. I started as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in November 2000. After a few years I then started to work more on reception as I felt that I really enjoyed working in the front desk, building a great relationship with our many patients and visitors to the practice. In 2005 I was privileged to be entered for the national dental probe awards as dental receptionist of the year. We all went to London for a big awards ceremony and I proudly won the title as well as the practice gaining the runner up for practice of the year. I was promoted to Practice manager and completed my Dental Practice Managers Diploma at Harley Street in London. Needless to say I have seen a number of changes in this time both within dentistry and also within the practice, and have enjoyed playing a big role in these.

I am in a relationship with Stephen and now live in Hudswell.  In my spare time I love to socialise with my friends and family.

Receptionist
Carol Wallace

I started working at Springs Dental Practice in June 1985 as a full time dental nurse and I have seen a lot of changes throughout those years. I now work part time on reception and occasionally in the surgery, with Emma our hygienist, to cover holidays. I have completed an oral health course and the ECDL computer course while I have been at the practice and have most recently complied with the relevant criteria to become a registered dental nurse.

I am married to Carl and have a sixteen-year-old daughter called Charlotte. I enjoy reading and trips out into the countryside as well as travel, especially to America.

Receptionist
Sarah Williamson

" Hello my name is Sarah, I am a qualified dental nurse and i have recently joined the team at Springs in May 2009. I am enjoying all aspects of the job working both on reception and in the surgery. I am looking forward to getting to know the many patients here at Springs.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym, going to the theatre and nights out with friends."

We don’t mind going to the dentist! Whoever thought going to the dentist could be something pleasant? Well, we have found this to be so! Dr Jo Daly and her team of caring dental professionals are a delight to work with. Highly applied and efficient, they have made the whole dental experience from routine hygiene matters and fillings through to the more complex work of crowns and cosmetic dentistry, something we don’t mind at all! This is what we have found:

  • A pleasant team of workers
  • A nice environment
  • Appointments always on time
  • Never feeling uncomfortable when being worked on
